A community music site featuring remixes licensed under Creative Commons; listen to, sample, mash-up, or interact with music

Freesound is a collaborative database of audio snippets, samples, recordings, bleeps, and other sounds released under Creative Commons licenses that allow their reuse

 

Selected Video Resources

Ted-Ed video library has many carefully curated educational videos that can be viewed for educational purposes. Also, the platform allows users to take an educational video, and create a customized lesson around that video, with "Flip this Video" (add quizzes, contextual information, follow-ups etc. )

YouTube Learning is YouTube’s channel of high quality educational videos from partners like Khan Academy, Stanford and TED-Ed. Many videos will have Creative Commons licenses, allowing for open access use.

This library contains digital movies uploaded by Archive users which range from classic full-length films, to daily alternative news broadcasts, to cartoons and concerts. Many of these videos are available for free download.

This collection of math and science videos from MIT is available to instructors. Supporting lesson materials also available (HS).
