Want to make your videos open access? When you upload a video, select "Creative Commons - attribution" from the drop down menu in the License and Rights Management section, instead of the default Standard YouTube License:
You can also change the settings on videos you have already uploaded:
Use the Video Manager in YouTube to change your settings (License and Rights Ownership is under the"Advanced Settings" tab) and then save your changes.
